All meal are served with a salad, fruit of my choice, and often cut vegetables.

Willing to share the Dinner in a bag? Sounds like something my guys would like. And the coleslaw with lime? (That one would be for me.)
Cindy
Yup!
Dinner in a Bag
1 lb. ground beef
2 (14-1/2 oz) cans stewed tomatoes
1/4 c. dried minced onion (I use fresh)
1 t. salt
1 t. chili powder
1/4 t. sugar
1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
In a skillet, brown the beef; drain. Add tomatoes and seasonings; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in macaroni; cover and simmer 15 minutes. Uncover; simmer until macaroni is tender and sauce is thickened.
Serves 4
The Mexican Cabbage Salad w/ lime is super easy. I just take a bag of the broccoli slaw stuff and dump Newman's Own Lighten Up Light Lime Vinaigrette on it. Sometimes I add chopped cilantro and whatever else sounds good at the time, but it is just as good without extras. I used to make
this but the new way tastes just as good.
If you try them, let me know what you think!
